Selling Your Home

As your Realtor I will:

• Provide you with a market analysis of your property to help determine the fair market value.
• Offer suggestions to you in order to make your home more desirable to buyers.
• Schedule a professional company to take pictures and create professional brochures of your home.
• Follow-up each showing of your home with a request for feedback from the showing agent. You will be notified on a weekly basis with a showing report, or access Centralized Showing via your e-mail address.

Advertising

It is my goal to sell your home. Advertising is key in marketing your home. Here are some examples of the advertising I provide.

• Professional brochures detailing the features of your home with color photographs will be available to all potential buyers.
• Brochure box placed outside your home for prospective buyers to learn more about your home.
• Your home will be a featured listing on my personal web site, complete with a color slide show for enhanced viewing.
• Internet advertising of your home with color photographs.
• Professional advertising of your home in real estate magazines and local newspapers.
